For those who want a more intense workout, try incorporating body weight exercises into your routine. Squats, lunges, push-ups, and planks can all be done at home and can help tone your body and build strength. Remember to listen to your body and take breaks as needed.

While exercising postpartum can be a key part of regaining your health and wellness, it’s also important to maintain a balanced diet and get plenty of rest. It’s not about ‘bouncing back’ to your pre-pregnancy body, but rather embracing a new journey of health and wellness for you and your baby.
